Likewise, the use of the website is subject to all legal notices, regulations of use, or instructions made known to the user through this website and that replace, complete, and/or modify this Legal Notice.   

Use of the Website

Unless otherwise provided, the use of the website will be free of charge, without prejudice to the connection cost through the corresponding telecommunications network for the user to have access. The user is aware and voluntarily and expressly accepts that the use of the website is carried out in any case under their sole and exclusive responsibility. The user agrees to use the website as well as its services and content without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses, and public order. Likewise, the use of the website for illicit or harmful purposes for SMADEX or any third party is prohibited.

Consequently, SMADEX does not guarantee the reliability, availability, or continuity of its website or the content offered therein, so access to said website and its contents by the user is at their own risk.

Likewise, SMADEX will not be liable for temporary interruptions of the service, delays, errors, malfunctions, and, in general, other inconveniences that originate in causes beyond SMADEX’s control, and/or are due to the malicious or negligent actions of the user, and/or are caused by force majeure.

This website has been developed at all times in accordance with the principles of good faith by SMADEX. However, in the event that any third party considers that their intellectual and/or industrial property rights have been violated, they may notify it by means of a communication addressed to the aforementioned address of SMADEX.   

Service Withdrawal and Suspension

Duration and Termination

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
