Andorra Event Attendants Privacy Consent

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulation on data protection, (General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of data protection and guarantee of digital rights), the undersigned attendant to this Event organised by SMADEX, S.L.U. (the Company) expressly authorises the Company to:

• Use my image and voice, in the form of photography, video, audio, etc. (i) in internal communications (in magazines, newsletters, brochures, videos, etc.) of the Company including any of the entities that are part of the ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS Group (ii) in external communication platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram or similar).
• Use my phone number by the Company in order to create a WhatsApp group for communication purposes of the Event.

The authorization granted here on the image will be sole and exclusively for the purposes described and it is not subject to any temporary period nor is it restricted to the national scope
of any country.

I may exercise, at any time, my rights of access, rectification, and (when possible) objection, deletion, limitation of treatment and portability, as well as revoke the authorization granted here by writing to SMADEX S.L.U., C/ Roger de Llúria 50. Ático de (08009) Barcelona, or via email gdpr@entravision.com, duly proving his/her identity.
