In accordance with the provisions of the current regulation on data protection, (General Data Protection Regulation and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, of data protection and guarantee of digital rights), the undersigned attendant to this Event organized by SMADEX, S.L.U. (the Company) expressly authorizes the Company to:

• Use my image and voice in the form of photography, video, audio, etc. (i) in internal communications (in magazines, newsletters, brochures, videos, etc.) of the Company, including any of the entities that are part of the ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS Group (ii) in external communication platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram or similar).
• Use my phone number by the Company to create a WhatsApp group for communication purposes of the Event. 
• Storage of my contact information and the contact details of an emergency contact for the purpose of facilitating communication if necessary, via WhatsApp or Phone.

By attending this event, you agree that SMADEX may disclose the personal data you submit to:

• The Hotel that hosting the event to facilitate the check-in and access to the casino.
• The Insurance company responsible for managing the insurance needed for the event.

Your consent acknowledges that the personal data shared will be used exclusively for the specified purposes mentioned above. SMADEX ensures that your information will be handled securely and with utmost confidentiality by the hotel and the insurance company.

The authorization granted here on the image will be sole and exclusively for the purposes described, and it is not subject to any temporary period, nor is it restricted to the national scope of any country.

I may exercise, at any time, my rights of access, rectification, and (when possible) objection, deletion, limitation of treatment, and portability, as well as revoke the authorization granted here by writing to SMADEX S.L.U., C/ Roger de Llúria 50.
