We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded senior sales person looking to step up and become the first commercial person on the ground in London. You will be responsible for closing trading agreements with the big 6 agency sub-groups to open up IO business and focus on the following: video, rich-media, geo-location, cross-device and general branding to address custom briefs. We have developed a leading position in the market with our video solution.


  • Negotiate trading agreements with the big 6 agencies
  • Exceed and deliver multi-million dollar sales revenues
  • Create and deliver sales pitches to agencies
  • Maintain sales pipeline including forecasting monthly and quarterly revenues
  • Manage and deliver annual UK agency sales strategy
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with the key people in the agencies
  • Feedback product gaps to future proof the business
  • Attract and build UK rock star sales team of “A” candidates


  • Deep relationships with key staff in the agencies
  • Ambitious, confident, assertive, entrepreneurial
  • Able to hit the ground running and smash sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised and strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of delivering adtech sales revenues
  • Proven experience of having negotiated at least one agency trading agreement
  • Ability to work independently
  • Articulate and confortable talking all things adtech
  • Willingness to learn
